Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the shaver and all original accessories in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
